NOTE 1: All refund requests must be received in writing before November 1, 2020. There will be a $100 service charge per person for all refunds. There will be no refunds after November 1, 2020.

NOTE 2: Only two papers are allowed for one registration fee. If you have more than two papers, you need to pay 50 US dollars for each additional paper.
 
NOTE 3: The certificates of attendance/presentation will be only issued for registered presenters who paid the conference fee. Virtual Participants only get the electronic versions of the certificates and other conference documents.

NOTE 4: Virtual presenters receive regular presentation certificates and their papers are included as regular papers in the program/abstract/proceeding books. All documents of the virtual presenters are the same as the ones of oral/poster presenters.

• First child from 0 to 6 years of age – FREE
• Second child from 0 to 6 years of age – discount of 50%
• If only one of the parents stays with the child, they should stay in a single room and pay the single room fee.
